Biography

Dave leads Nanoracks strategy and major initiatives across the entire business.

Dave joined Nanoracks in March 2021, after working for us as an intern and then as a consultant. Dave was previously the Strategic Lead for the Outpost program where he helped secure multiple SBIR and STTR awards; established new partnerships across the Government, industry, and international partners; and coordinated congressional funding for the Mission Extension Kit.

Dave was also an invaluable contributor to the Starlab proposal, leading the strategy and concept of the George Washington Carver Science Park – the structure for how we’ll manage payloads and science onboard Starlab. He continues to aid his support to the execution of this project, leading the GWC as the Acting Director.

Prior to his time at Nanoracks, Dave spent a couple years at Booz Allen Hamilton as a strategy consultant, working primarily for the Department of Defense. His international posts include Saudi Arabia and Mexico, where he supported regional security cooperation and developed concepts for narcotics interdiction.

Dave graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor’s in International Relations and a research focus on Russian policy.
